ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We hereby warrant the organisers that we are the original authors and owners of the copyright of our submitted work (snapshot/lyrics/documentary). We further acknowledge and agree to indemnify the orgnisers against liabilities in connection with any loss and/or damages whatsoever that may be incurred by the organisers in relation to, without limitation, the copyright and usage of the submitted work.

We hereby expressly authorise the organisers to use, adapt, modify, display and show our submitted work (snapshot/lyrics/documentary) in any circumstances without the need for further permission from us and we waive our rights in respect of any royalties or fees that may otherwise become due to us, both as individuals and/or as a group.

We authorise the organisers to use our submitted work (snapshot/lyrics/documentary) and personal data for, without limitation, marketing, promotion, purposes or share with the public. We authorise the use of our work, as a part of the ceremony for publicity, promotional use or in whatever manner the organisers choose to use.

We have reviewed the terms of this acknowledgement form and fully understand the terms and conditions set out therein.
