· By submitting (any format), you are granting ThinkSeries a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license for the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) contained in your submission.

· By submitting, you agree that: (i) all Proposals become the ThinkSeries' property and will not be returned; (ii) ThinkSeries has the unlimited right to alter and/or edit your submission or any part or element thereof; and (iii) ThinkSeries has the right to use any and all Submissions, and the names, likenesses, voices and images of all persons appearing in the submission for any purpose in perpetuity.

· All award decisions are at the sole discretion of ThinkSeries.

· Your submission must NOT contain or include ideas, concepts, solutions or technology that a third party owns or controls the IPR.

· Submissions may not include trademarks or trade names of corporations or entities without the permission of their owners.
